1. Processing & Dispatch Time

Rapid Dispatch: All orders are processed and handed over to our courier partners within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Order Verification: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact you via WhatsApp or phone call to confirm your delivery address before dispatch.

2. Estimated Delivery Timeframe

Once dispatched, your package will arrive within 4 to 6 business days depending on your location:

Note: Deliveries may occasionally experience minor delays during national holidays, mega-sale events, or unforeseen weather/traffic conditions.

3. Open-Parcel & Inspection Guidelines

We want you to shop with complete peace of mind:

Payment First: Per standard courier safety regulations across Pakistan, delivery riders are required to collect cash before handing over the sealed package.
Immediate Open & Inspect: Once you receive and pay for the parcel, you are encouraged to open and inspect your product immediately.
Instant Resolution: If you find the product to be wrong, defective, or physically damaged upon opening, simply take a quick video/photo and notify our support team on WhatsApp at [+923497042956] within 24 hours. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately—no returns required!

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or WhatsApp to monitor your shipment in real time.
